I’ve been running RoonServer on Windows Server 2016 Essentials. I noticed today that RoonServer won’t start anymore. This is what I see in the Event Viewer:
Application: RoonServer.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.TypeLoadException
at Sooloos.App.Main(System.String[])
Is there a workaround?

Moving forward, I first wanted to check in with you to see if you had any new observations/progress to share since making the previous post. Secondly, to help aide in our evaluation of this behavior you are experiencing may I very kindly ask you for the following:
Before you noticed this issue were there any changes to your setup that you can think? Did you take a Windows update by chance recently?
Since noticing this behavior have you tried reinstalling the WS2016 media pack as mentioned here?
