RoPieee not found

I’m trying to setup a Raspberry Pi with RoPiee. However, the Pi does not show up in Roon. When SSH-ing into the Pi I see a couple of messages like this in the RoonBridge Logs:

09/22 10:39:57 Warn: Error in web request https://push.roonlabs.com/push/1/connect: NetworkError (Error: ConnectFailure (TLS Support not available.))
09/22 10:39:57 Trace: [push] request to manager failed
09/22 10:39:57 Trace: [push] retrying connection in 100152ms

What can be the cause? My Roon Core is working properly with my other devices…

I’m sorry. I did not look well enough in the forums… I found a similar topic saying that this error is only cosmetic. However, question remains why my Pi is not showing up. Any suggestions on where to look for the cause?

So did you follow the basic steps?

Do you have a DAC connected (USB) and turned on?
Otherwise, did you configure a HAT?

Without that it won’t show up in Roon.

I followed the basic steps. I connected my B&W PX headphones to the Pi with USB. The device shows up in alsa.

I’ve send feedback with ID# befb0ad093539c66. I’m not sure what’s in it, so I’ve also created an alsa-info.txt.

Your USB DAC is not recognized, hence no audio device, hence no Roon.

I’m not sure how you created the Alsa information above, but that’s not what I’m seeing (and RoonBridge also not).

Weird. Anyways, your DAC is not properly identified, hence it’s not working.
