Hi guys, I have a new Raspberry pi 3 and have a hifiberry dac standard card. Can I just run RoPieee software on it? Do I need anything else for it to recognize the hifiberry dac?
I have NOOBS ready to go on an sd card, but I am thinking I may not need to install it if it is just to run as a DAC for a Roon endpoint. Any help appreciated.

So yes, you can use RoPieee. You may have to select the DAC from RoPieee’s web interface the first time. But it should otherwise esentially “just work”.
