Roseanne Reid’s Album Lawside available on Tidal but not on Roon. What causes thar?
I just downloaded to Roon from both Tidal and Qobuz. I’ll give it a listen to see if I want to keep it.
EDIT: Well, it’s just one song. Is it supposed to be a full album? That’s weird.
When you go to Tidal. The full album is there. On roon only the single. The album is released in 2023. I have this huge omission not experienced before. Latest roon updates automatically realised. Thx. For your reply.
However. It is on Roon. Not under main albums but under other work. I guess Roon gave it the wrong “tag”.
I added the “love” sign to it and now it appears as “main album”.
A feature of Roon i was not ware of. Not handy to tag new albums under “other work” and one has to add it by hand. That feels like very old school. Anyone ideas?
I favored in both Tidal and Qobuz to get it to come down. I did not favor in Roon. Maybe there is some confusion somewhere between an early release with only one song vs the full album. IDK. I rarely listen to country, but it’s not bad so far.
I’ve noticed that if you search by name only, very often an album you’re looking for doesn’t show up. If you search by name AND album name, it shows up. Like “Roseanne Reid - Lawside”
That was different, did the search in Roon for ‘roseanne reid lawside’ and got the same single track version. Then selected Qobuz from the drop down menu and used the same search there. This time the 13 track version was displayed and I selected Add from there.

I’ve created a ticket to look at this, but I can’t make any promises about timescales to fix the issue.
It is sometimes annoying but what is even more annoying, and I can’t understand is that a downloaded album from Qobuz is seen as unidentified. And those are not always albums that have just been released. I now have more than 400 albums that are not “seen”. This is one of them:
I would have to agree. Not an artist I would have found other than from this post
