Running Roon Remote on Sept 2019 basic iPad

Hey there. I will soon be using the Antipodes CX/EX Solution, but I am in need of a remote control.

Will the new Sept 2019 basic 32gb Apple 10.2 ipad with the A10 fusion chip, have enough in the way of specs to be a good remote? Its purely going to be a remote?

That iPad will work fine as a Roon remote.
But please remember that this will only work in Landscape mode/orientation only.
Only the 12.9” iPad Pro will work in Portrait mode/orientation with Roon.

Nice one… That’s fine. The 12 is quite a bit more expensive just to have portrait mode.
