Describe the issue

Hello,
I just subscribed to Roon and when I want to install the Roon application on my mac, there is a warning that Safari is not able to open this application.
My mac is a mac mini M1 on macOS 15 (Sequoia). I have used Roon in the past and everything was fine. I put a screenshot of the warning.
Thank you, Claude.Hamel.

Welcome to the Roon forum, @claude.hamel3000!

To help us help you, may I ask for clarification, please?

  1. are you trying to open the web user interface for RoonOS - this?, or
  2. have you (already) downloaded the Roon installer Disk Image from RoonLabs here?

If the first, please describe the steps you are taking; are, you, for instance, using the correct address (usually) beginning 192.168… …?

If the second, then it will not be Safari which opens, runs or installs the download file, (usually) Roon.dmg.

The procedure for downloading and installing Roon is described here.
