Description of Issue

There are 4 scheduled backups on Ron daily, each four days and monthly.
The scheduled backups are set on my Mac, my Qnap NAS and the attached external drive to the NAS.
The backups start only if I force them.

Thank you to provide help.

Is there an error message in Roon why the backups didn’t run?
And the Core is running at the scheduled backup time (not sleeping), power save options turned off?

Thank you for your reply.

There is no error message in Roon.

I did scheduled the backup on my MacBook at 3 Pm and on my QNAP NAS at 4 PM et I will see.

To perform the new scheduled backups my Core installed on my MarcBook Air M2 was running and power save option was turned off. But still the scheduled backups did not start either the one on my MacBook Air and the one on my Qnap NAS. I do not understand why it is not working!

You are using a VPN, which could be interfering with network access. Try turning it off or disabling it.

Thank you Anthony_B for your suggestion. I did unable the VPN on ESET and the scheduled backup has started.
Have a nice day!
