Schiit Eitr No longer recognized

After the upgrade to 1.8 my Schiit Eitr is no longer recognized. I am only getting the left channel thru the connection that previously worked fine. Any help is appreciated.

My system is as follows:

MacPro = Core
Mac mini = Bridge → Eitr → Modi 3

Can you check if restarting the core fixes this (temporarily)?
There is a known bug that the Roon core is loosing endpoints sporadically.
It is already under investigation by Roon support team

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have restarted to no effect. When I click on “Recognize Device” in audio settings, Eitr is not shown as an option under the Schiit brand.

Schiit head here as well, but without problems, just curious. What do you mean?

I don’t have a button “recognize device” and can’t see no Schiit brand anywhere.

Sorry under Device Set-up (gear icon) you can choose to" identify this device".

I went ahead and did a complete reboot of all the computers and the Roon software. The Eitr now appears. I can’t check its function at this time because my music room became my wife’s office and she is on a conference call. Later this morning when she is done I will see if it is working now and report back.

Wanted to say thanks. This may have fixed the issue. I’ll know later when I can get to the system to check.
