Schubert Opera - identifies correctly, but no correct track labelling

Here is what I get when I try to identify:

But here is the result:

All very strange as all tracks are correctly labelled in disc 1 of this 3 disc set but CD3 (Act 3) does the same as CD2:

Saving gives:

But the correct track labelling displays when played.
So why does it not display in the two CDs illustrated above??
