Screen error occurred in Laptop windows using as a Remote

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Nucleus, laptop(windows)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Nucleus with Ethernet (LAN cable), laptop with WiFi

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Nucleus with GOLDMUND TELOS 590 mkII through USB directly
Latop (SAMSUNG) with FOCAL ARCHE headphone amp through USB.
both using same Nucleus as a core.

Description Of Issue

screen error occurred.
inspite of reinstalled several times, still don’t fix…
please help out

Hi @Sang_jun_Na,
This is most likely related to the graphic card driver issue on the laptop.
I would recommend going to the GPU manufacturer’s site and downloading and installing their latest drive (don’t use the Microsoft site as the drives they are not always up to date).
