On my Mark Levinso media player 519, the screen reads “no items,” and I can’t get any sound when I try to screen the music…-Skip

It would help if you described how you are trying to connect to Roon.

Since the 519 is Roon Ready, perhaps a firmware update is all that’s needed.

As @xxx mentioned, it would be useful to know how the Mark Levinson is being connected here, are you using it via Roon Ready (Ethernet)? Can you please share a screenshot of your Roon Settings -> Audio tab? You can upload screenshots here by using these instructions.

We figured it out and got the sound back. Thanks for your offer to help.

Can you describe the resolution to the issue, so that other users can know what to do if in a similar situation?
