Screen Sharing causes audio to play on local SPEAKERS and DACs

HI All,

I am using my Mac Mini M4 that run my main Roon Server (the main Roon App and where my music is stored). I have a Mac Mini M1 used as a Server connected with many DACs that i have. both machines are Running MacOS 26.1 latest Roon Releases. the Mac Mini M1 Server runs ROON BRIDGE - no need for anything else there. It shares the audio devices to the main Mac MINI M4 Server.

When i play music on the Mac MINI M4 via Roon to a specific DAC connected at the Mac MINI M1 Server and happen to have a Screen Sharing session to the Mac Mini M1 Server for admin purposes the AUDIO comes out of the DAC and the LOCAL Apple Studio Display 27" Speakers which are connected to the Mac MINI M4. The Display is not connected to the M1 Server in any way.

No Matter what i do - if screen sharing is on or Apple Remote Desktop session is on to that server - i get both audio - one to the DAC via headphones and the speakers monitor. The monitor speakers are NOT enabled in roon in anyway as an audio device.

This happens in High Performance Mode of Screen Sharing or ARD. I cant find anyway to disable AUDIO routing or something like that. if i use the slow Standard mode - no problem - audio is not routed to the Mac MINI M4 Display Speakers…

Help Please…
Thanks
Tal
