Search function not working and cannot see Tidal

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
SonicOrbiter, Microrendu & Mojo.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
All working fine.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
Search is not finding any artist and Roon isn’t seeing Tidal. Nor can I play anything from my history - says is “unavailable”.

When I try to sign in to Tidal it tells me I have a bad password but I know it is the right one as Tidal works stand alone.

Hi @Clive_Pinder, can you try rebooting your Roon Core.

Hi Carl, thanks for trying to help. I have done that…still same issue.

It was worth a shot as it often resolves Tidal issue.
I’ll tag @support for you.

I think there was a latency issue between me resetting Tidal password and ASO with Roon. All working now!
