Search intermittently slow and failing

Description Of Issue

Sometimes when I search for anything, the search takes 60-90 seconds to return. Sometimes if I run the search again straight away it comes back in a couple of seconds. But sometimes it takes an age no matter how many times I try.

I’ve read various forum posts to suggest that this is a known problem relating to Tidal integration. I’ve just purchased a lifetime sub and I want to know that this is something that is being looked at.

As mentioned here, this is something under active investigation by the team.

How often are you seeing this type of slowness when searching?

On average I get a really slow search (i.e. longer than 60 seconds) maybe every 10th time, but it is very variable. I’ll have a look at the topic you’ve linked to, thanks.
