Description of Issue

Have been using Roon successfully for over a year and love it. Decided to cancel Amazon Prime and add Qobuz specifically because I could stream Qobuz in Roon. Signed up for Qobuz & signed into the service on Roon. Can not get it to play a song. Please see attached screenshot for error messages received.

Released December 14, 2022. Try something not released within the last two days. Albums aren’t always available in Roon immediately.

Let’s see your Services/Qobuz setting and make sure you’re using your email address, while not exposing it to the forum.

Your selection does play here in Germany…

It plays here as well in the Netherlands. Does it play when using the Qobuz app?

  1. You didn’t write, how is your core machine connected to the internet, via wifi or wired to the router?
  2. Did you try some basic troubleshooting like rebooting router and entire network, power cycling your core machine, your dac and the bluesound node?
  3. If still no joy, you can try changing your router’s DNS settings to google or cloudflare.
  4. What router do you have? Is there additional network gear?
