Tried to update today June 30th, 2020 and got the same message.
Currently on build Roon 1.7 (Build 555). Not that anything isn’t working but why am I getting this error?
Hello @Randall_Evans, and welcome to the community! Are you able to connect to the Web UI and reboot your core? Give that a try and let’s see if there’s any change. If not, can you please elaborate on your network setup? Thanks!
Thanks for your reply. Today the UI said that there were software updates available so I am now on the current release.
Hi, have try to upgrade to 1.8 for about a week now and keep getting the “error checking for update message” Now I am stuck between the 1.7 and the 1.8 not able to play roon.
I have an android phone where I have i have the roon app connecting to the roon core.
Any help?!!
