Selecting items without a genre

How/where can I select all albums or tracks without a genre?

I think I got there. Using Focus in tracks, I selected all the genres in my library. As those genres pop up with the green ‘+’ next to them, click on that to change it to a pink ‘-’, excluding it. That left me with 3335 tracks that aren’t associated with any genre in my library. I think. The same approach should work in Albums.
