Each time one visits “new releases” the new releases may be shown in a different sequence (even when sorted on newest). That makes it unpleasant, near impossible, to check the new releases.
Should “New releases for you” not always be shown in the same sequence (when sorted on newest), no matter the info provided by the streaming services? Perhaps new additions show up at start of the sequence, perhaps some entries drop off at the end, but that is it.
Thanks for writing in and I’m so sorry for the delay in getting to your thread! This is odd behaviour - I just tested things on my end, also running ROCK and the latest Roon build, but am getting the same results when re-sorting to newest from relevant.
If possible, could you snap a few screenshots of this issue on your end, as well as specific dates and times of when you’re doing this and experiencing the issue?
Am not able to collect requested data at this time. Can only say this happens mostly when going over 30+ new releases, and then when you return to new releases after having included the 3rd or 4th (non sequential) new release in my library over period of 1h+. So simple short test indeed does not reveal the problem.
Issue can be closed for now, will come back when data has been collected.
