Description Of Issue

Hi Roon,
I had to change my email and password associated with Tidal and was unable to log on. I probably made the mistake of saying “log out” but I did and reconnected my Tidal account. Now all my saved albums are gone and worse nothing from Tidal plays! I’m getting the messages “track is not available” and “Too many failures. Stopping playback”

Can you please help! Is there anyway also to get all my saved albums back?

Scratch this request. Thanks. It appears that Tidal usernames are permanent so I’m forced to logon always with an old email address.

Do you mean permanent in roon or in Tidal? You can change your Tidal user id/email if you mail Tidal customer support.
