Setting up a Synology NAS for my music library

Hi,

Is there a guide listing what settings to use when using a Synology NAS to store and share my music library? I have ROCK running on a NUC and am moving my music collection from an old NAS over to a new one.

If there is a list of settings to be activated and deactived on the NAS that would be helpful as I will only use it for my music library.

Hello. I’m using a Synology to serve up my music. I did nothing special beyond picking the array type I wished to have. I wasn’t given any option to select block size or make other tweaks.
I like to pretend it has other uses, but it is 99% music. using the defaults works splendidly.
