Setting up dedicated windows laptop on NAD 758 v 3 to play 5.1 files

I want to use a dedicated windows laptop to play multi channel FLAC files through my NAD 758 v 3. How do make the necessary connections? I learned that I cannot play multi channel files with my Roon core sending a wireless signal to my avr.

For multichannel, You need to connect the PC to the NAD via HDMI.
