Can someone please advise if I can achieve higher than DSD128 with HQ player on IFI Neo Stream? I have tried a number of combanation and only bit rate that seems to work is 44.1x128. ASDM7ECv3 is modulator. Shows as DSD 128 in Roon.
Depends on your computer cpu … which cpu are you running HQP on?
Can you show screenshots of all your HQPlayer settings?
It helps when we can see what you see.

SDM Pack is set to DoP - change that to none
Also set vol max is -3dB to avoid clipping
And you have actually set the output to DSD128 x 48 there
Change that to DSD256 x 48

Nah no lifetime - I’m guessing you’re running the latest v5 though?
I bought v4 of Embedded around 5 years ago, so if you buy v5 now you may (or not) be good for 5-ish years? Possibly. Give or take
Ah so it is just a one off payment rather than yearly… Thats good. I have been trialing V5 desktop with Roon streaming to Neo Stream.
HQ is totally new to me. Loving how it transforms the sound
