Setup up ARC on QNAP Roon Server

I have roon server on qnap NAS TVS-671 works fine. Trying to set up ARC but can’t get port forwarding to work. UpNp on orbi router looks ok using port 55000. The strange thing is the IP address of the roon server in the ARC setup page is different to the IP address of the roon core on the NAS. I think this is the problem but can’t work out how to change the IP address in the ARC setup page.
