Hi I have a roon ready device SFORZATO DSP-050EX,when I want to enable the roon ready device,it says “not certified” and I can not use it.I saw on your page that this device is supported.please help
The Sforzato DSP-050EX is not yet listed on Roon’s Sforzato Partner page as being Roon Ready.

Therefore, as the message says, it has not yet completed the Certification process.
In other cases similar to this, we have heard back from Roon Labs that the temporary visibility of the device in the app under Roon Ready was due to development testing.
This happens from time to time, and occasionally, it’s possible to even activate a device and get a brief taste of Roon Ready functionality.
Aside from that, nothing has changed in regard to announcements, promises, and timelines for certification.
It is not possible to state when device certification testing will be completed, or indeed whether a situation is reached where both parties (Roon Labs and their Partner) will conclude that testing will end and a device will not become Roon Ready.
thanks,for your quick reply.I’m in bad situation ,after firmware upgrade the device does not work in diretta mode,thats why I configured as roon ready.Downloadable firmware from manufacturer site,can not be written into the device ,it says write error.Do you have any idea ,how I can connect directly to the manufacturer ?

If you are not located in Japan, then possibly you should try contacting their distributor in your country.
As @Geoff_Coupe says they seem to be a Japanese company and contacting them directly may be not straightforward, the website in Geoff’s post doesn’t make it easy for sure.
But in the US the distributor seems to be Alex Sound as far as I can google:
If you are in Hungary, I have no idea. I’d ask the dealer where you bought it.
