Let me start by emphasizing how much I like Roon. I’ve only been using it for about a month and am still in the process of loading about 1.5 TB of sources into it’s database, but I’m already a lifer and still constantly amazed by how usable, versatile, and robust it is.
That said, there’s a couple of features/changes that I’d really like to see:

Let us see lyrics embedded in USLT tags without having to dig down into the file info for the track. I’ve got a substantial amount of foreign, obscure, and/or privately produced material that niether Roon or Lyricfind are ever going to know about and I’d really like to be able to see those lyrics easily and without having to create separate PDFs for each album/track.

Let us see the exact hours and minuts for playlists rather than rounding up to the nearest hour. I know you’ve got release schedules. Your users have schedules too.
There are other frills I can imagine (e.g. it would similarly be nice to be able to set backup times by hour AND minute) but the two features above would make Roon a lot better for me.
