Been through many changes over the years but apart from wear and tear and expiration of devices I might be close to my endgame setup.
So thought some updated pictures and information might be in order.

Spatial Audio Triode Master OB speakers.
Mark Levinson ML585 integrated amp.
Marantz SD8007 SACD player
Goldnote PH-10 Phonostage
JVC TD-V531 3 head cassette deck
Basis 2500 TT with Graham 2.2 arm and SS Zephyr mk3 MI cartridge.

Project carbon TT set up as mono table.
Antipodes S30/60/20 Roon Core streamer and reclocker.
Matrix mini i-pro3 DAC.

Hidden but there…
Shunyata Hydra 2 power conditioner feeding a Pangaea 8 and a Cullen 6 power strip.
All Shunyata Anaconda and Venom power cables.
Purist Audio Design interconnects and speaker cables.

And probably other stuff I have forgotten or missed?

And one day I will get round to trying to put all on one big rack and some serious cable management as with all that gear it’s definitely a veritable rats nest behind it.

Looks like it might be on a converted porch. Glass windows a problem?

It’s a Florida sunroom which has plus and minus.
Solid concrete floor so no bass boom or vibrations.
All glass was a bit of an issue but cured mostly by wooden blinds and drapes.
And really most by the OB speakers.
All box speakers I ever had in there just did not work until I went to Maggie’s and it was like Heaven!

Digital frame
Mine is 21.5"

That’s correct. You can actually see the flood lights from the stadium in the picture.

To buy a view like that in Cape Town needs mega mega Bucks :sunglasses:

To buy such a view where the summer temperature is about 14°C, only requires bucks, so another good reason to live in noman’s land.

Here we would spend the rest on air con , it 29 C today and NO breeze even the pool is at 30!!

At least the beer is cold !! - life is tough

I feel you! Sounds dreadful

Lovely. I remember having gone to Molde and taken one from a similar angle with the Aker stadium behind.

8C and raining ,dark enough to need headlights on and it is only 14.15hrs

Thank you for the link. What is the company name?

South Africa is a big country , we have different weather in areas, we are JHB 1700 M altitude, we get cold dry winters and hot summers. Normally (define normal) we get an afternoon thunderstorm for maybe an hour then back to bright sunshine and steaming paving. Winter is freezing overnight , bright sunny 22 at lunchtime , heaters on at 4pm it is very confusing for a European. I am originally from the UK.

We don’t get that really wet nasty European weather.

In the other extreme Cape Town is 4 seasons in one day. Cold wet miserable winters , stunning Mediterranean summers and WIND …

Then there’s everything in between

Air con is as important as heating. There is no such thing as central heating . It’s 9pm here and 25 C !!, off to the air con bedroom :smiling_imp:

I’ve used Roon for years now, but this is my first posting on any of the forums.

Ethernet connection to EE switch.
NUC and opticalModule attached then on to OpticalRendu.
Holo May KTE to Audio-GD Master 9.
HiFiman Susvara with an Arctic cable on the way.
Ethernet cables by Wireworld
Other cables by Audioquest
Appropriate Power Supplies used throughout with an IsoTek Evo 3 Sirius feeding them all.

Taken me years to get where I am, but I quite like my system now.
Wonderful with orchestral works of all types and scale.
Excellent with Jazz
Pretty damn good on everything else

Nice setup Ross, and I bet it sounds great.

We need more voices on the forums, so great to have your first post here and hopefully there will be more posts in the future in different threads.
