Shuffle and playback issue with favorite tracks not playing in succession (ref#1XM6GU)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· I can’t shuffle my favorite tracks or continue playing them. It plays one song then goes into the genres for that song. It won’t play my tracks in succession.

Hi @jeffreymazzone,

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like Roon Radio has been turned on instead of a straight shuffle, so please share a screenshot of the queue screen as well. That will let us confirm what is driving the next tracks. If you can, use the Screenshots guide when you grab it. Let us know when you have that, and we’ll take a look!

And this is what plays next and it isn’t even in my mix.

I can’t get my favorites to play more than 1 song in order or shuffled.

Unfortunately, none of your new screenshots seemed to have uploaded properly.

That said, were you able to check your Roon Radio settings via the Queue page?
