Sign In problem?

I have just tried to open ROON. I have a life time membership. It wants me to confirm my membership. WHY!.
It comes up with screen that says ROON + Tidal. I do not have Tidal. I entered my details. The response is bad user name or password. What do I do? This has never happened before. I am not happy.

Is this the screen you’re referring to?

If so, you can click No Thanks at the bottom and move past the TIDAL login screen.

If this is not the screen you’re referring to may I ask that you please share a screenshot?
