Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with output device duplication.

We’ve enabled diagnostics on your account and can confirm that the Holo Audio RED device is currently assigned a single IP address.

Have you had a chance to restart your Roon Server running on the iMac? Additionally, please try the following steps:

  1. Go to SettingsAudio
  2. Locate the Holo Audio RED device
  3. Disable it, then enable it again
