Single Song Symphonies, fill out my playlist

So I have started a playlist called one song symphonies, thus populated at the moment.

I presume you can get the idea from the 4 tracks, songs that keep on giving and have so many layers something new is invariably heard every listen.

What would you add to this playlist?

Avalon by Roxy Music (not just that song, close your eyes, throw a dart, but any song on the album) was always an amazingly layered album.
