Slow load times for Home view - normal or not?

I consistently find that it takes 15+ seconds for Roon to fully load my Home view - whether on mobile or desktop. Curious if this is worth starting a support ticket for, or if this is the typical loading speed that most users see.

Usually after restarting Roon Server and roon on my remote comp its a little faster.

I am on a m1 mini for the core and on an old iMac with Catalina for the remote. What is your Roon Core running on? Sometimes a Clear Image Cache works in bringing back speed.

please be aware that this will reset your Roon Settings → Audio Tab to factory settings and I would advise making a backup of any custom DSP settings you have:

• Create a Backup of your current Roon Database
• Navigate to your Database Location
• Find the folder that says “RAATServer”
• Rename the “RAATServer” folder to “RAATServer_old”
• Restart the RoonServer in the WebUI to generate a new RAATServer
