Description of Issue

The app has become slow to respond, whether working off the computer or remote (iPhone 14 Pro). Any action - search, album info, add new song, gaps between songs on playback - is leading to delays. Sometimes these can be several minutes.

Is this because of the age of the computer and difficulties of the CPU dealing with the demands of Roon?


More likely the power line adapters. Reboot all of the network including cycling the adapters.

Hi, thanks for the reply but I don’t think it’s the powerline adapters - Audirvāna works fine.

Roon is very picky with networking, one product working across them doesn’t really count. From the network FAQ
