Slow transition from 'Now Playing' to 'Home' with stuck track addition (ref#2RP9UG)

What’s happening?

· I'm noticing slowness when using the Roon App or Roon ARC

Describe the issue

Hello, I hope all is well. It is taking 1.5 minutes to go from the “Now Playing” page to “Home”. It’s sporadic unfortunately. Also, I see the blue rotating icon. Clicking on it it states it’s adding music to my library, and only 398 tracks have been added. 1) I have over 23,000 tracks and 2) it appears stuck as the count isn’t advancing.

Describe your network setup

I gb down 50 mb up - Cat8 & Fiber up to 2.1 gb. Roon endpoints are hardwired. Mac Pro, iPhone, Alien Laptop, iPad all wireless remotes.

Thanks for writing in! As a first step, I would access the webUI of your Nucleus, here’s more info on how to do this:

Snap a screenshot and share that here if possible! After that, safely stop Roon Server from running, and reboot your Nucleus.

How is the Nucleus connected to your network? Are you able to temporarily setup a direct ethernet connect from your Nucleus to your primary router? It may be helpful to temporarily setup a direct ethernet connection from one of your Roon remotes as well.
