Describe the issue
Several issues actually:
1 The application has become more and more sluggish (I'm talking about the desktop application). I'm running it on a Mac Studio M2 Max and it feels more and more sluggish. This is not a low-powered machine.
2 Regularly Roon completely identifies album wrong. One has a hell of a time to first find those albums, as literally *every* tag is wrong, wrong artist, wrong album title, wrong track titles, EVERYTHING. If you're lucky enough to find those albums, one again has quite a job of 'removing' all that wrong 'stuff' the Roon made of it. And if you're very unlucky, Roon decided that those albums were all duplicates/versions and I've yet to find a way to work around that. By then I thought, I'm paying for this metadata and a lot. Way back when I first tried Roon it was that 'fun' time were it would actually change the tags inside the file, well Roon made a mess of it then and it still makes a mess of it today. Yes, I'm talking about rather obscure artists (although the right info is in Tidal and Bandcamp), but that shouldn't matter. You keep saying that this high price is for licensing that metadata, well, from what I've seen, it's not worth it.
3 The mobile application, both on iOS and Android is quite unstable and has been for quite some time
4 I'm not seeing actually *in* all these updates you put out. In fact, I'm seeing sudden spikes in CPU usage (all 12 cores) and *very* memory usage.
