Sorry if this I missed this: Usually in apps mouse over a button for a longer time gives a yellow box info on that button, name and shortcut. It is a easy way to learn them.
Also noticed j and k shortcuts, brings me to the J,K,L, used in final cut. Pressing J is backplay, K is stop, L is play. And combos: 2xJ is doublespeed back, 2xL doublespeed, 3x and so on… K+J or K+L is slowplay in the respective direction.
