Smart playlist

Guys I’m trying to do a smart playlist based on the criteria that Roon picked up from this particular artist

So in this case it would be alternative singer-songwriter / alternative indie rock / dance pop indie pop / pop rock

Is there an easy way to do this because I found it quite hard to find all these variables

The attach photo this is what I’m trying to achieve and I’ll do it for other artists when I find a song that I really like…thanks

I use the AI feature in TuneMyMusic to create playlists like this. You can do this even with the free version.

Thanks for this but ideally I want to be able to try and do this in Roon if it’s possible

Can I then import this into Roon as a playlist?

No. That is only possible via a music service.

Currently you have to create a smart playlist and during creation tell it the genres it should use. I don’t think there is a way to start creating a smart playlist from an artist or album and tell it to pick the genres from there.

This would be a Feedback > Feature Suggestions and it would be a good one :slight_smile:

Just to check is it possible to create a playlist from a Roon radio list? I found a really good list of songs that are really nice but I’d like to create a playlist from those songs that have been played or about to be played. Thanks

Simply select the tracks you like from your queue (long click), click the ellipsis […] button and select add to playlist. From there you can either select an existing playlist or create a new one.
