· Time-filtered smart playlists do not (always) update

I have multiple smart playlists with negative time-based filters. Some typical examples are:
* Tracks added in the last month, but not played in the last week: [+ Added in the Last month] [- Played in the Last week]
* Tracks added in the last 3 months, but not played in the last month [+ Added in the Last 3 months] [- Plays in the Last month]

What I’m most often observing is that tracks are being removed from the playlist when they are being played, but the playlist is not updated when the time is reached when a track should be added again.
Updating the playlist can only be done in one of two ways:
1. Restart the Roon Server
2. Edit the playlist focus. In this case, one must make a change, wait for the playlist to update, then revert the change and wait for the playlist to update again.

Please fix this. At the very least, the daily maintenance window should be used to ensure that all smart playlists are updated.
