Description of Issue

Some of my ripped CDs have vanished from my library (there were there before). I have tried a forced rescan, I have checked skipped files, I removed and re-added one album and the “tracks imported” number did decrease and increase, however, I still cannot see the album in my library, only the TIDAL version is showing. It is not showing under recently added either. I cannot see them on both of my setups (PC running windows and an iPad PRO) Any ideas how to fix?

A couple of ideas

  1. Settings/General set show hidden to yes
  2. On the Tidal version, click Versions and see if your rip is hidden because the Tidal version is set to Primary
  3. Go to the Tracks, scroll to the right and enable the path field, and then use the filter to find the storage patch

Thanks!, changing show hidden to yes fixed it. No idea how that happened as I could see the albums no problems before. I guess a Roon update must have changed it back to no.

On another note, i’m curious as to why would having the TIDAL version set to primary make the other versions disappear completely? I remember before, even if the TIDAL version is set to primary, I could still see the other version listed under it.

That’s correct. Some people just forget to look under versions. Was just listing a bunch of unrelated things to check. :smiley:
