Thank you for reaching out! To help us figure out exactly why these artists are hiding from your Roon library, we are going to need a few more clues about your setup and the files themselves.

Could you please provide the following details?

  1. Examples: What are the names of a few specific artists or albums that are missing?
  2. Storage Location: Where are these local files currently stored (e.g., an internal Mac/Windows drive, an external USB drive, or a NAS)?
  3. Screenshots: Please share a screenshot of how these missing files are organized in your computer’s file browser (Finder or Windows Explorer) and inside the Roon app.
  4. Skipped Files: Please navigate to Settings > Library > Skipped Files in the Roon app. Are any of your missing tracks listed there?

We will be keeping an eye out for your reply with the screenshots and examples so we can get this sorted out!
