Some Tidal MQA albums not playing through Roon

Roon Core Machine

RoonCore running on my main machine. Windows 11, 10900k, 32gb ram, 3090 GPU.

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Asus ax11000 cabled directly to a Netgear ethernet 8 port switch

Connected Audio Devices

RoonServer streaming via ethernet > Nad C399 (BluOS module) > Elac FS287 speakers.

Number of Tracks in Library

~ 27000 tracks in the library.

Description of Issue

I am experiencing a weird issue where some albums on TIDAL are not playing through Roon. When I click play in Roon, it tries to play, however, my NAD c399 doesn’t do anything. An example -

Moby - Play (2014 Remastered Version) - FLAC 44.1khz 16bit, MQA

If I go directly to the Tidal app and try and play the album via Tidal Connect, it works perfectly without issue.

Furthermore, if I play the Qobuz equivalent the album will play fine. Baring in mind some albums only exist on Tidal and not on Qobuz.

Since this started have you done basic troubleshooting like rebooting everything?

yes all the basics are done. Rebooted, tried multiple machines etc. I am also running the latest versions across core and all machines with Roon installed.

Hard reset made my NAD C399 work properly again.
