Sonictransporter Can’t Connect in Finder Mac

Sonictransporter fails to load in under Shared in MAC Finder since 2.6 update.

I have tried this on several MACs for friends as well and nothing works. Any ideas?

I cannot find my STI7 on my ipad sonicorbiter with STi7 having ethernet connection with Airport Extreme. Awaiting help from Andrew.
