Did you remove the Roon database folder from your Mac? https://community.roonlabs.com/t/how-do-i-fully-uninstall-roon-from-mac/1413/2?u=amp Trash the Roon folder on the Mac and restart both your Mac and sonic transporter. Then give it another try.
