SonicTransporter i5 stuck in server search loop (ref#G8MLWT)

I have a new sonictransporter i5. it cam yesterday and was working. Now it seems to be in a loop saying it's looking for the server. Cox network hard wired and all other home components connecting fine?

Cox 2gb modem cable set up - Sonictransporter router to network switch network to sonictransporter, MBP control app

What happens when you goto this address in your browser?

It should automatically bring up your machine, on which your Roon Server runs. You can also manage the Sonicorbiter’s setting there… and check whether it is on the same network and subnet als your MBP.

Thanks for reaching out. Just to clarify here, does the same issue happen regardless of which Roon remote you are using, or is it limited to your Macbook? Is your modem a combo modem/router unit, or do you have a seperate router? Is there any change in behavior if you try to reboot your SonicTransporter and networking gear? Let us know when you can.

Got it worked out Thank you all. It was a network/modem router issue
