SonicTransporter I7 Reports "non-IP"

When I call up my sonicorbiter.com page my SonicTransporter shows “non-IP” and when I click manage, the management page is not found. Please note the contents of the SonicTransporter are all available via Roon. Restarting doesn;t clear the problem. I also have an UltraRendu, which comes up correctly with an IP address. Can anybody suggest a fix? Thank you!

That usually means there is a network problem of some kind.

Power off your sonicTransporter by tapping the power button on the front and waiting for it to power down.

Then power it back up again.
