Description of Issue

All was perfect and all played nicely with each other. I moved. I kept all the same equipment. iPhone and iPad recognize SonicTransperter and work, no problem. Mac Mini, however only shows the Mac as Roon OS. Further, on my Mac, Sonictransporter lists 0 Sonictransporters found on network. When I check router, it shows ST and 192.168.1.23 address.

I am hesitant to uninstall and reinstall Room on Mac Mini in case it will have to remount/reindex all. Why can’t the sonictransporter find my unit on its own control panel?

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Gordon

Hi @Gordon_Borges,

Thanks for writing in, it’s good to see you on the community again!

Before anything else, I’d recommend updating your versions of Roon on your Mac - it looks like you’re running version 1496, with the latest update being 1528.

Since your Roon Server is on the SonicTransporter, reinstalling Roon on your Mac won’t change anything. If you have any recent backups available, you can always restore from a saved backup as well.

Let me know if updating Roon helps you establish a connection! :+1:
