SOtM sms 200 neo to wyred4sound mint (via usb) or SOtM sms 200 neo to micromega mydac (via usb) to wyred4sound mint (via RCA cables).

Description of Issue

Issue #1:

Roon doesn’t recognize sms 200 neo when wyred4sound mint is in standby.

This puzzles me because I have 2 other zones (SOtM sms 200 ultra neo & micro rendu) & Roon recognizes both zones when amp/dac are in standby.

Issue #2:

Roon doesn’t recognize sms 200 neo at all when micromega is in the chain.

This puzzles me because the micromega works fine in my other zone.

Further Roon recognizes sms 200 even when mint amp is in standby IF my chord qutest is in the chain.

Roon has to see the dac in order to recognize the neo. in the neo you can go into settings and you will see system info at the button and you can select on dac information. This will tell you if the neo sees your dac. Hope this helps narrow down the problem.
