Describe the issue

Having a really weird issue. I have an SOTM SMS-200 Ultra Neo connected via ethernet to a switch. My Windows PC is also connected to that switch. Without the SOTM plugged in to the switch, I can access the internet. When I plug the SOTM in to the switch, my PC is unable to access the internet. What on earth is going on here?

Hi @extracampine ,

Is this behavior occurring just in Roon, or does it occur in other applications on the PC too? Perhaps the SOTM has the same static IP as the PC assigned to it?
