SoTM SMS-200 Ultra reset

Does anyone know how to factory reset a sMS-200 Ultra Neo after buying the device second hand?
It has a certain network config on it and I can’t access it.

Is the reset button not doing anything?

If it has static IP set follow this to go back to DHCP.

  1. power on device.

  2. unplug wired LAN cable from device.

  3. wait over 15 minutes.

  4. plug wired LAN cable again.

  5. rebooting device

If this does not work re-burn the SD card and you are back to standard settings.
