Description of Issue

SoulNote Z3 firmware ver 1.9. Roon Ready certification completed on Jan 24.

Suddenly becomes a uncertified ROON READY device

Last week, the same Z3 can be enabled as a ROON Ready end point.

Does any Z3 owner experience the same issue?

Today is January 22, so maybe it’s not certified yet and the fact that it previously appeared as Roon Ready was premature and now corrected?

Thanks for reaching out. The Soulnote Z3 appears to be Roon Ready according to our system, it is strange that you are seeing it as uncertified. Can you please try to reboot your Grimm Server as the first step and see if that changes anything? If not, can you share a screenshot of this device showing up as Uncertified on your end?
