Typically when you don’t see any audio devices listed it indicates that a firewall could be blocking Roon.exe or RAATServer.exe.
I would make sure that you have added these .exes as exceptions to any firewalls you might have, including the Windows Firewall and any Antivirus Firewalls.
You can locate the excecutables in the Database Location/Application folder path.
